Consent to the processing of personal data

By registering on the WoW Brain platform, by clicking «Register», «Pay», «I agree» or by actually using the Platform, the User confirms having read this consent and grants it in full pursuant to Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006.

1. To whom the consent is given

I, the personal data subject using the WoW Brain platform, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, grant to WoW Brain Ltd (INN , address 9 Temasek Boulevard, #29-01 Suntec Tower Two, Singapore 038989; hereinafter — the «Operator») consent to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

2. Categories of personal data

• surname, first name, patronymic (if voluntarily provided);
• nickname / display name;
• email address;
• mobile phone number (if voluntarily provided);
• gender, age, date of birth (if voluntarily provided in the profile);
• information about completed tests, use of trainers, goals and notes;
• device and network activity data (IP address, browser type, visit times);
• payment and subscription history;
• other information voluntarily provided by the User.

3. Operations with personal data

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction — both with and without the use of automation.

4. Purposes of processing

• providing access to the WoW Brain platform;
• identifying the User and maintaining the account;
• personalizing content and recommendations;
• processing payments;
• sending informational and service messages;
• ensuring the security of the Platform and the User;
• fulfilling contractual obligations and the requirements of applicable law.

5. Transfer to third parties

I consent to the transfer of my data to third parties to the extent necessary to provide the services (payment gateway, email delivery service, AI model providers), and in the cases provided for by law, on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Marketing communications

I consent to receiving informational and promotional emails from the Operator (platform news, recommendations, special offers). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or through the settings of your personal account.

7. Validity period of the consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn. The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to support@wow-brain.com or through the Settings section in your personal account. After withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing the personal data and deletes it within 30 days (except for data whose retention is required by law).

8. Confirmation

I confirm that:

• I have read the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement;
• I understand what data I provide and for what purposes;
• I am aware of my rights as a personal data subject, including the right to access, correct and delete the data;
• the data I have provided is accurate.
