Public Offer

This document is a public offer in accordance with Art. 437 of the Civil Code. The Client's payment for the services constitutes unconditional acceptance of the offer (Art. 438 of the Civil Code).

1. Parties to the agreement

Contractor: WoW Brain Ltd, INN , registered address: 9 Temasek Boulevard, #29-01 Suntec Tower Two, Singapore 038989.

Client: any legally capable individual or legal entity that has paid for access to the Platform.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Client with access to the functionality of the WoW Brain platform under the terms of the selected plan, and the Client undertakes to pay for the services in accordance with this Offer.

2.2. The services are provided remotely over the Internet at https://wow-brain.com.

2.3. The services include: access to the neuropsychological trainers, the AI Neuro-Probe, the atlas of goals, learning courses and other features provided for by the selected plan.

3. Plans and cost of services

3.1. The current plans and prices are published at https://wow-brain.com/pricing.

3.2. Payment is made in Russian rubles.

3.3. VAT is not charged pursuant to Art. 346.11 of the Tax Code (application of the simplified tax system).

4. Payment procedure

4.1. Payment is made by the Client by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account via the certified payment gateway a certified PCI-DSS payment provider or other methods available on the website.

4.2. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the payment is received into the Contractor's account.

4.3. After payment, access to the selected plan is activated automatically.

4.4. The subscription is recurring: for plans with monthly billing, the Client may cancel the subscription at any time in their personal account. Cancellation stops further charges; the current paid period remains available.

5. Term of service provision

5.1. The services are provided continuously throughout the paid period, starting from the moment the payment is received.

5.2. At the end of the paid period, access to the paid features ends unless the Client has renewed the subscription.

5.3. The free plan remains available without a time limit.

6. Refunds

6.1. The refund conditions are described in detail in the Refund Policy.

6.2. A refund is possible within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment provided there has been no active use of the paid features.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. The Contractor makes reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available around the clock. The acceptable availability level is at least 99% on a monthly basis (excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure and third-party failures — hosting, payment gateway, telecom providers).

7.2. In the event of a failure that prevents the Client's access for more than 24 consecutive hours, the Client may request an extension of the paid period by the duration of the unavailability.

7.3. The Contractor is not liable for decisions made by the Client based on the Platform's materials. The Platform is informational and educational in nature and is not a medical service.

7.4. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided at the time of payment.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The parties undertake not to disclose any confidential information that becomes known to them in connection with the performance of the agreement.

8.2. The processing of the Client's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Force majeure

9.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations if it is caused by force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, acts of state authorities, or significant failures of public communication networks.

10. Dispute resolution

10.1. All disputes are subject to pre-trial settlement by sending a claim to support@wow-brain.com. The response period is 30 calendar days.

10.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in the court at the Contractor's location in accordance with the applicable law.

11. Final provisions

11.1. The Contractor may unilaterally change the terms of the Offer. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.

11.2. The current version of the Offer is effective from May 27, 2026.
